Processing & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped typically within 3–5 business days.

  • Business Days: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. While we work hard to ensure timely processing, please note that delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Order Changes: If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, we may be unable to make changes.
