Because our items are handmade, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer replacements or credits under the specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility

Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Material Failure: If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect within 15 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement.

Out of Stock Items: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused by user error or improper handling.
Filing a Claim
To start a claim, please submit a support ticket via our Contact Us page within the timelines mentioned above. Please include:

Clear photos of the damaged item from multiple angles and the original packaging.

Processing Times
Once your claim is approved, we process resolutions within the following windows:
